This is our flagship wine. Tiny parcels of Barossa Valley Shiraz made using time-honoured, traditional techniques to produce our bold flagship wine. Extended skin maceration and proportion of new oak hogsheads give this wine extraordinary status in our cellar. Ripe mulberry and plum with sweet spice form the backbone of this wine year in year out, while seasonal influences make interesting adjustments to the structure and intensity. This wine is only bottled in the best years from hand-select fruit and is made to reflect the region, soil and season. Rare and refined to truly reflect the essence of the Barossa Valley.

Ancient MethodAncient Method
This is a single vineyard product from our Marananga vineyard. The range consists of wild ferment Shiraz Viognier and a Semillon. These wines are made honouring the winemaking traditions of old. Minimal intervention use of typical traditional, old world oenology allows us to produce something a little different. Both of these wines can be said to be more savoury in flavour profile, however, the exceptional growing conditions in the Barossa will always stamp their mark on any wine grown and made here - with intense mulberry in Shiraz and grassy top notes in the early picked Semillon from the North Para flood plain.

The RoostThe Roost
“The Roost” range is a reflection of our rustic farmyard philosophy and our aim of working with nature and the given season rather than trying to wrap wines into a preconceived mould. The fruit is carefully selected to show bright fruit characters and definition of flavour with a focus on physiological ripeness of tannin in the red and elegance in the white. The range comprises of Old Vine Shiraz and Old Vine Semillon Sauvignon Blanc. These two wines are created to embrace the inherent flexibility and flair typical of Australian wine.

The Stockman ReserveThe Stockman Reserve
“The Stockman Regional Reserve” range contains the best of what South Australian premium wine has to offer. Select parcels of the best varieties from the best regions made in our unique rustic style. As always, at the forefront is our farmyard philosophy and aim of working with nature and the given season, rather than trying to force wines into a preconceived concept. The fruit is carefully selected to with reds coming from the Barossa Valley floor, Adelaide Hills and the South East and whites from the Adelaide Hills and Barossa. Varieties offered are Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot.

The Stockman ReserveThe Stockman
This is our entry level range. The Stockman is our tribute to the backbone, resilience and heritage of the people who earn their ‘crust’ farming in the unforgiving rural landscape of Australia. These are easy drinking wines made from South Australian fruit in the typical new world style. Fresh, bright fruit flavours and deep colour in the reds. Select parcels of the best varieties from the best regions are blended with the warm climate fruit of the Riverland giving a delicious easy drinking result. Wines produced include Chardonnay, Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and a fortified Tawny.
